Q: What accounting packages do you support?
A: As of today we support: Sage One, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Desktop
In the future we will be adding support for: Xero. Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 50
Q: I'm using the Finagraph dashboard. If I’ve already loaded all my clients there,
do I have to load them again for Flight?
A: Yes.The Finagraph dashboard and Flight are two separate applications.
Q: Can I load all my clients at the same time?
A: Yes and no. Each client needs to be individually connected,
but once you begin the process for one, you can move to the next and connect that client while the other works in the background. You can do this with an unlimited number of clients.
Q: Do I have to wait for linking to complete before i begin linking my next client?
A: No. Once you've started one client's linking process, you can move on to the next and begin linking them. And the next. And the next.
Q: Is there a maximum number of business clients that I can have?
A: As an adviser you can have an unlimited number of business clients.
Q: What is a NAICS Code? (We only accept 6 digit NAICS codes)

The NAICS industry codes define establishments based on the activities in which they are primarily engaged.
Q How does the financial data get into Flight?
A: An adviser adds a client and we securely integrate with their accounting package to populate the feed with posts that are business updates. We've combined tried and true financial analysis techniques with today's communication style.
Q: Do we support QBO/QBD Canadian Edition?
A: We have several users from Canada using Finagraph with QBO and QuickBooks desktop for Windows.
We've not experienced any differences with database types or other items.
